Out of despiration, I've attempted to remove as many files as I can by starting my computer in Safe Mode with Networking. After looking at some videos and reading, I attempted to remove more from a system called "Revo Uninstaller", but that hasn't worked. CoupoonService64 seems to continue running no matter how many times I stop it. This seems to be tied to a process/service called "Boxer.exe". When checking the task manager, there is an application called "wexplorer" that is running. Some items would appear with a dialog box stating something along the lines of "Unable to uninstall until other items are finished uninstalling" when the previous uninstall had already finished. I thought I had successfully uninstalled most of the programs through Control Panel, but noticed other items remaining in the background. I uninstalled that (via Control Panel) and got Chrome back however, it runs slower and freezes, as well as opens new taps of adds. I can't remember exactly what the program was as I've removed it from my computer while attempting to remove everything else. I had hastily ran a program from the web without scanning it. There might be others, as there are other items like "Mountain Bike", "globalUpdate", "Junk Cleaner", and others that appear to have been created at the same time. Hello!
